  2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

There is a $35 application fee for all 18 and up that has to be in money order form. We also need a $100 holding fee that also needs to be in money order form. We ask that you make these to separate money orders because the $100 is refundable within 72hrs of applying and the application fee is not. Upon your move in the $100 holding fee will be applied to your move in deposit.
